Lead/Led/Lead Exchange – NOLA

Collaborating with pioneer scientist Dr. Howard Mielke at Tulane University in New Orleans to connect with Brooklyn College’s Soil Lab. Working to understand and find solutions to improve human and environmental health to reduce harm from legacy lead in soils. Individual lead in soil consultations was conducted with a community workday to practice the “Cover and Cap” method collectively. Participants were encouraged to take home supplies for their personal use.
